With a great week of practice behind them the Jr Pee Wees were ready for anything that the Jags had to offer. It was a hard fought game on both sides of the ball, but in the end, only one team would be victorious. The offense did a great job leading the way for Izaiah Anderson's two touchdowns. The stingy scorcher defense rarely gave up a first down, while Caleb Cooley and Casey McHenry racked up multiple tackles. 158 images |

Photos Taken by Sandy Urrutia (Football) & Stacy Ferguson (Cheer) What a great battle!! The Jags jumped out ahead 16 to 0 and the Scorchers battled back with one TD from Drew Minkler on the ground and another thrown through the air from Cale Crawford to Shane Urrutia to tie the game at half time! With some self-destructing plays from the Scorchers, they could only get in the end zone one last time from Cale Crawford to Matt Urrutia. All in all a great cross-town battle and I would like to congratulate the Jags on a great game; we'll getcha' next year!!! Coach Nick. 64 images |
